The invention provides a composite brake system and an engineering vehicle. The composite brake system comprises a closed pump, an engine electronic control unit, a driving motor and a brake pedal valve. The closed pump comprises a swash plate, and the flowing direction and the flowing speed of a working medium in the closed system are controlled by changing the angle of the swash plate. The engine electronic control unit is in communication connection with the closed pump and is used for controlling and slowing down the descending speed of the rotating speed of the engine when the accelerator is reset so as to reduce the flowing speed of a working medium in the closed pump; the driving motor is in driving connection with the closed pump, and the output end is used for driving the driving wheel to move; the brake pedal valve is in communication connection with the closed pump, when the angle of the brake pedal valve is in a first interval, the angle of the swash plate and the angle of the brake pedal valve are in a linear negative correlation relationship, and when the angle of the brake pedal valve is in a second interval, the angle of the swash plate is 0, and the mechanical brake intervenes in the driving wheel; the mechanical braking force is in positive correlation with the angle of the brake pedal valve, and it is guaranteed that braking of the closed type circulation hydraulic system is accurately controlled.

    本发明提供了一种复合制动系统及工程车辆,包括闭式泵、发动机电子控制单元、驱动马达和制动踏板阀;闭式泵包括斜盘,通过改变斜盘角度控制闭式系统中的工作介质的流动方向和流动速度;发动机电子控制单元与闭式泵通信连接,用于在油门复位时控制减缓发动机转速的下降速度,以减小闭式泵中的工作介质的流动速度;驱动马达与闭式泵驱动连接,输出端用于驱动驱动轮运动;制动踏板阀与闭式泵通信连接,在制动踏板阀角度处于第一区间时,斜盘角度与制动踏板阀的角度呈线性负相关关系,在制动踏板阀角度处于第二区间时,斜盘角度为0,机械制动介入驱动轮,机械制动力与所述制动踏板阀的角度呈正相关关系,保证精确控制闭式循环液压系统的制动。
