The invention provides a margin-reserved emergency braking control method and system and a vehicle. In the emergency braking parameter calculation process of the vehicle, a margin value is added to the braking distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle; acquiring the distance from the front vehicle; judging whether the vehicle needs to enter an emergency braking state or not, if so, sending an emergency braking instruction to enable the vehicle to enter emergency braking, and obtaining the distance from the rear vehicle; judging whether a rear-end collision risk exists or not according to the distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle, and if yes, controlling the vehicle to continue advancing by a certain distance; the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle and the distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle are monitored at the same time, a certain margin is added in the emergency braking logic of the front vehicle, it is guaranteed that the vehicle does not collide with the front vehicle, control over the rear-end collision risk of the rear vehicle is automatically and actively avoided, and serious consequences caused by existing technical problems can be effectively avoided.

    本发明提供了一种留余量的紧急制动控制方法、系统及车辆,在车辆的紧急制动参数计算过程中,与前车的制动距离附加一余量值;获取与前车的距离;判断是否需要进入紧急制动状态,如果是则发送紧急制动指令,使车辆进入紧急制动,获取与后车的距离;根据所述与后车的距离,判断是否存在追尾风险,如果是,则控制车辆继续前进一定距离;本发明同时监控本车与前车后车两个距离,并在跟前车的紧急制动逻辑中增加一定余量,在保证和前车不发生碰撞的同时,自动主动避免后车追尾风险的控制,可以有效的避免现有技术问题带来的严重后果。
