The invention provides an anti-pinch detection method and a seat controller, which are applied to the technical field of automobiles, and the method comprises the following steps: after the driving of a seat motor is stable, obtaining the current driving current of the seat motor according to a set period, recording the current driving current of the first period as a temporary current value, and in the running process of the seat motor, recording the current driving current of the first period as a temporary current value; the difference value between the current driving current and the temporary current value is compared in each period, the temporary current value of each period and the current change trend of each period in the operation process of the seat motor are determined, under the condition that the current change trend of the previous period is the same as the current change trend of the current period, the increment of the current locking accumulation count value is increased, and the current locking accumulation count value is determined. And a locking mark is determined according to the magnitude relation between the current locking accumulation count value and a first threshold value. When the anti-pinch event occurs, the increment of the current locking accumulation count value is increased, so that the locking mark for stopping the seat motor can be determined more quickly, and the anti-pinch event can be detected quickly and accurately.

    本发明提供一种防夹检测方法及座椅控制器,应用于汽车技术领域,该方法在座椅电机驱动稳定后,按照设定周期获取座椅电机的当前驱动电流,并将首个周期的当前驱动电流记为临时电流值,在座椅电机运行过程中,每个周期都比较当前驱动电流和临时电流值的差值,确定座椅电机运行过程中每个周期的临时电流值以及每个周期的电流变化趋,在上一周期的电流变化趋势和当前周期的电流变化趋势相同的情况下,电流锁定累加计数值的增量增加,并根据电流锁定累加计数值与第一阈值之间的大小关系,确定锁定标志。在发生防夹事件的情况下,电流锁定累加计数值的增量增加,可以更为快速的确定用于停止座椅电机的锁定标志,可以实现快速准确检测防夹事件。
