The invention discloses an early warning device for an electric vehicle. The early warning device comprises an early warning partition plate installed between the bottom face of a power battery and a battery bin. The early warning partition plate comprises an upper partition plate, a lower partition plate, a frame, pipe joints, pipes, a core rod and a pull rope, the frame is fixed between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate, the pipe joints are fixed in a cavity formed between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate, the multiple pipe joints and the multiple pipes are arranged, and the pipes are connected into a star shape or a frame shape through the pipe joints; a core rod is arranged in each pipe along the hollow line, and the diameter of the core rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe; the pull ropes are arranged in a cavity formed between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate in a net shape, and the pipe and the core rod are both made of conductor materials and connected in an active circuit with an alarm device. After being installed on the electric automobile, the battery deformation monitoring device can monitor deformation of the battery and the battery compartment and give an alarm, and compared with the prior art, the battery deformation monitoring device is higher in monitoring precision, simple in structure, low in failure rate and good in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车预警装置,包括安装于动力电池的底面与电池仓之间的预警隔板;所述预警隔板包括上隔板、下隔板、边框、管接头、管子、芯杆和拉绳,所述边框固定于上隔板和下隔板之间,管接头固定在上隔板和下隔板之间形成的空腔内,管接头和管子均设有多个,并且管子之间通过管接头连接成星形或框形;每个管子的内部沿空心线布置有一个芯杆,芯杆的直径小于管子的内径;多个拉绳呈网状布置在上隔板和下隔板之间形成的空腔内,管子和芯杆均为导体材料并且连接在一个有报警装置的有源电路中;安装在电动汽车上之后能对电池和电池仓的变形进行监控,并发出警报,与现有技术相比监控精度更高,结构简单,故障率低,可靠性好。
