The invention discloses an electric vehicle overload automatic detection method and an electric vehicle using the same. The method comprises the following steps: setting a target speed AdSPEED corresponding to a motor rated voltage under a rated load in a motor driver in advance; when a user rides the electric vehicle, the motor driver detects the speed of the motor and the current running voltage U in real time; when the electric vehicle runs for a preset time Time1, comparing a motor speed detected in real time and a current running voltage U with a preset target speed AdSPEED corresponding to the rated voltage of the motor, and judging whether the electric vehicle is in an overload state or not according to the comparison condition; the overload monitoring system can flexibly, accurately and effectively monitor whether the electric vehicle is overloaded or not, is simple in technical scheme and very easy to popularize and implement, does not need to additionally arrange any structural components such as a weighing sensor and a peripheral circuit thereof, and is particularly suitable for large-scale popularization and application in the field of two-wheel electric vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种电动车的超载自动检测方法及其应用的电动车,预先在所述电机驱动器中设置在额定负载下,电机额定电压对应的目标速度AdSPEED;在用户骑行电动车时,所述电机驱动器实时检测电机速度Speed和当前运行电压U;当电动车运行达到预设时间Time1时,基于实时检测到的电机速度Speed和当前运行电压U与预设的所述电机额定电压对应的目标速度AdSPEED进行对比,根据对比情况来判断所述电动车是否处于超载状态;本发明可灵活精准地对电动车是否超载的情况进行有效监测,技术方案简单,非常容易进行推广实施,且无需额外设置任何称重传感器及其外围电路等结构部件,尤其适合在两轮电动车领域中进行规模推广应用。
