An intelligent hoisting robot comprises a first tower body (1), and the bottom of the first tower body (1) is detachably connected to a floor through a temporary fixing mechanism; the self-lifting device (2) is connected with the tower crane main body (20), the self-lifting device (2) is connected to the outer wall of the first tower body (1) in a sliding and sleeving manner through a lifting mechanism, and the self-lifting device (2) is provided with a locking safety mechanism for limiting the sliding of the first tower body (1); the walking device (3) is used for adjusting movement and fixation of the self-lifting device (2), and the walking device (3) is movably arranged at the bottom of the self-lifting device (2); and the bearing mechanism is used for guiding the walking device (3) to move and is detachably mounted on a beam body or a floor of a plant, and the bearing mechanism is movably connected with the walking device (3). The intelligent hoisting robot can automatically ascend to go upstairs and can horizontally and automatically move along a floor, and the technical bottleneck that traditional hoisting equipment is easily limited by hoisting weight and operation radius is broken through.
