The invention relates to the field of electric vehicle control, provides an electromagnetic compatibility system of an all-in-one electric vehicle controller, and aims to solve the problem of signal coupling interference between high voltage and low voltage and between high voltage input and output caused by control function integration in the all-in-one electric vehicle controller. The system comprises a low-voltage filter circuit and a high-voltage filter circuit, and the low-voltage filter circuit is arranged in an interface unit and a control unit and is used for filtering low-voltage signals passing through the interface unit and the control unit; the high-voltage filter circuit is arranged in the driving unit and is used for filtering the high-voltage power supply passing through the driving unit; the low-voltage filter circuit comprises a filter arranged in the interface unit and is confirmed as an interface filter; the interface unit comprises at least one stage of interface filter, and at least one interface filter is a common-mode CLC type filter formed by combining a capacitor and an inductor. According to the invention, the electromagnetic compatibility of the all-in-one electric vehicle controller is realized, and the anti-interference capability is improved.

    本发明涉及电动汽车控制领域,提出了一种多合一电动汽车控制器的电磁兼容性系统,旨在解决多合一电动汽车控制器中因控制功能集成造成的高压与低压、高压输入与输出之间的信号耦合干扰问题。该系统包括:低压滤波电路和高压滤波电路,低压滤波电路设置于接口单元、控制单元中,对通过接口单元、控制单元的低压信号进行滤波处理;高压滤波电路设置于驱动单元中,对通过驱动单元的高压电源进行滤波处理;低压滤波电路包括设置于接口单元中的滤波器,并确认为接口滤波器;接口单元包括至少一级接口滤波器,其中,至少一个接口滤波器为由电容和电感组合的共模CLC型滤波器。本发明实现了多合一电动汽车控制器的电磁兼容性,提高抗干扰能力。
