The invention relates to the technical field of high-speed maglev traffic, and discloses a superconducting linear motor high-voltage hollow stator coil winding forming method. The method comprises the following steps: coating a thermosetting coating outside an insulating paint film of a wire; carrying out transposition twisting on the wires, and integrally binding the outermost sides of the wires after transposition twisting by using an insulating strip to obtain the litz wire; winding the Litz wire on an inner framework of a winding tool to form a hollow coil; transferring the hollow coil from the inner framework of the winding tool to the inner framework of the shaping tool; matching and fixing an outgoing line joint of the hollow coil with an outgoing line joint positioning part of a shaping tool; a pressing plate is arranged on the shaping tool, and pre-compression is applied to the pressing plate, so that the pressing plate is completely attached to the shaping tool; and the shaping tool is dried so that the hollow coil on the inner framework of the shaping tool can be shaped, dried and cured.

    本发明涉及高速磁悬浮交通技术领域,公开了一种超导直线电机高压空心定子线圈绕制定型方法。其中,该方法包括:在导线的绝缘漆膜外涂覆热固性涂料;对导线进行换位绞合并在换位绞合后的导线的最外侧利用绝缘带材进行整体绑扎得到利兹线;利用所述利兹线在绕制工装的内骨架上绕制成型空心线圈;将所述空心线圈从绕制工装的内骨架转移至定型工装的内骨架上;将所述空心线圈的引出线接头与定型工装的引出线接头定位部配合并固定;在定型工装上设置压板并对所述压板施加预压力,以使所述压板与定型工装完全贴合;对定型工装进行烘干操作以使定型工装的内骨架上的所述空心线圈定型干燥固化。
