The invention discloses a dynamic inspection method for a magnetic levitation U-shaped track, which comprises the following steps of: performing image acquisition on a track vertex and a track gauge point of a supporting track by using an upper right image sensor and an upper left image sensor at the bottom of an inspection vehicle, and resolving the acquired images to obtain coordinate data of the track vertex and the track gauge point in a sensor coordinate system; performing image acquisition on the ground module by using a right lower image sensor and a left lower image sensor at the bottom of the inspection vehicle, and resolving the acquired images to obtain coordinate data of a central point and four angular points in a sensor coordinate system; determining the mileage, the position and the attitude of the inspection vehicle by using an inertial reference device, and performing coordinate conversion according to the determined mileage, the position and the attitude to obtain coordinate data in a standard coordinate system; and according to the coordinate data of the rail vertexes and the rail gauge points in the standard coordinate system and the coordinate data of the central point and the four corner points in the standard coordinate system, support rail related detection parameters and ground module related detection parameters are calculated.
本发明公开了一种磁浮U型轨道动态巡检方法,包括:利用巡检车底部的右上方图像传感器和左上方图像传感器对支撑轨的轨顶点和轨距点进行图像采集,对采集的图像进行解算得到轨顶点和轨距点在传感器坐标系内的坐标数据;利用巡检车底部的右下方图像传感器和左下方图像传感器对地面模组进行图像采集,对采集的图像进行解算得到中心点和四个角点在传感器坐标系内的坐标数据;利用惯性基准装置确定巡检车的里程、位置和姿态,根据所确定的里程、位置和姿态进行坐标转换,得到标准坐标系内的坐标数据;根据轨顶点和轨距点在标准坐标系内的坐标数据以及中心点和四个角点在标准坐标系内的坐标数据计算支撑轨相关检测参数和地面模组相关检测参数。
