The invention discloses a double-anode synchronous lifting device, a synchronizing method and an aluminum electrolysis multifunctional crown block. The double-anode synchronous lifting device comprises a first base, a second base; one end of the rack pin shaft is movably arranged in the first shaft hole, and the other end of the rack pin shaft is movably arranged in the second shaft hole; a servo motor; a first sensor; and a PLC control unit. According to the device, the double-anode synchronous lifting device which can be movably and rigidly connected is arranged between the two anode mechanisms, so that the two anode mechanisms can independently move and can be linked; the device is simple in structure, clear in control logic, convenient to install, capable of greatly improving synchronism of a double-anode mechanism, reducing errors, ensuring that anode shell faces are not broken, reducing labor intensity of operators, improving production organization efficiency and eliminating potential safety hazards, low in manufacturing, using and maintaining cost, high in reliability and suitable for popularization and application. The defects that an existing structure is not high in control precision, and related devices are large in technical difficulty are overcome.

    本发明公开了双阳极同步升降装置以及同步方法和铝电解多功能天车,该装置包括第一底座;第二底座;齿条销轴,齿条销轴的一端可移动地设在第一轴孔中,齿条销轴的另一端可移动地设在第二轴孔中;伺服电机;第一传感器;以及PLC控制单位。该装置在两个阳极机构之间设置可移动硬连接的双阳极同步升降装置,使两个阳极机构可单动和联动;该装置结构简单,控制逻辑清晰,安装方便,可大幅提高双阳极机构同步性,减小误差,确保阳极壳面不破碎,降低作业人员劳动强度,提高生产组织效率,消除安全隐患,并且制作、使用、维护成本低,可靠性高,克服了现有结构控制精度不高、相关装置技术难度大的缺点。
