The invention discloses an elevator leveling anti-slip and braking performance monitoring device and system. The elevator leveling anti-slip and braking performance monitoring device comprises an elevator device, an elevator car anti-slip device and a braking performance detecting device. A braking system assembly of the elevator device is fixedly connected to the top face of a machine room, car guide rail assemblies are fixedly connected to the two sides of a hoistway, and an elevator is slidably connected to the car guide rail assemblies. The elevator car anti-slip devices are symmetrically arranged on the bottom face of an elevator car. The brake performance detection device comprises a pressure sensor and an information processor. The telescopic connecting rod assembly of the anti-slip device for the elevator car adopts the crank connecting rod, so that the telescopic reliability of the telescopic connecting rod assembly is ensured in a limited space of an elevator, the elevator car is prevented from rushing to the top or squatting to the bottom to the greatest extent, and the safety of passengers is ensured; and meanwhile, pressure signals fed back by the pressure sensors at the tail ends of the four connecting rods are fused with decision analysis, effective analysis on the braking performance of the brake is achieved, and a basis is provided for elevator inspection personnel and maintenance personnel.
