The invention relates to a device and method for a three-dimensional ship bow oblique water entry slamming experiment. The device comprises a frame installed above an experiment pool, a tackle track installed on the frame and a tackle installed on the tackle track. The mounting angle of the tackle track relative to the frame can be adjusted according to the water entering speed direction of a ship bow; the tackle comprises a tackle seat, a rotating shaft support, a rotating shaft, a model mounting support and an angle adjusting component, the tackle seat is slidably mounted on the tackle track, the rotating shaft support is mounted below the tackle seat, the rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft support, the model mounting support is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft, and the angle adjusting component is mounted on the rotating shaft. The bottom of the model installation support is used for installing a three-dimensional ship bow model, and the angle adjusting component is installed at the end of the rotating shaft and used for adjusting the rotating angle of the rotating shaft so as to adjust the longitudinal inclination angle or the transverse inclination angle of the three-dimensional ship bow model. According to the invention, the horizontal relative movement of the ship and waves and the influence of the longitudinal inclination or transverse inclination angle of the ship bow on the slamming of the ship bow can be explored.
