The vertical plates on the surfaces of the floating body plates can move in the wind blowing direction under the action of wind power, the vertical plates are parallel to the wind direction, the floating body plates rotate to the inclination direction of the device, when the device inclines under the action of wind waves, the floating body plates make contact with the water surface, the floating supporting area of the inclined side is enlarged, buoyancy of the inclined side is increased, and rollover of the device due to excessive inclination under the action of wind waves is avoided.
