The invention provides a lightweight sliding plate type chassis. The lightweight sliding plate type chassis comprises a chassis frame and a battery tray arranged in the middle of the chassis frame. The chassis frame comprises two parallel long edge beams and an aluminum support for installing the long edge beams on the idler wheels, the long edge beams are provided with grooves, and the grooves are filled with reinforcing blocks. Wherein the battery tray is formed by extruding a thermal forming quenching aluminum material, the long edge beam is made of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic, and the reinforcing block is bonded in the long edge beam through a variable frequency microwave process; the aluminum support is manufactured through an extrusion forming process. The weight of the chassis is about 94 kilograms and is 74 kilograms lighter than that of a traditional steel chassis, and compared with competitors in the market, the weight is reduced by 45%, and the utilization rate of the occupied area is increased by 30%. By using the VFM technique, a chassis product can be manufactured more quickly while maintaining dimensional quality, which is completely different from some other aluminum skateboard chassis.
