The invention provides a pump control main drive tie rod auxiliary valve control electro-hydraulic steering system and a control method. The pump control main drive tie rod auxiliary valve control electro-hydraulic steering system comprises a main drive system of a variable-speed pump drive double-steering power-assisted cylinder, a tie rod auxiliary valve control system and an electronic control system. A main driving system of the variable-speed pump-driven double-steering power-assisted cylinder is a pump control system, a left wheel steering power-assisted cylinder and a right wheel steering power-assisted cylinder are controlled through a servo motor pump unit and a steering power-assisted cylinder valve group, and flow is divided to control a tie rod auxiliary valve control system; the tie rod auxiliary valve control system is a valve control system, controls a large-cavity tie rod cylinder and a small-cavity tie rod cylinder through a tie rod cylinder valve group and a locking device, and assists the main driving system to complete control over the turning angle of a left wheel and the turning angle of a right wheel. And the electronic control system outputs a control instruction to control the turning angles of the left wheel and the right wheel in real time according to an input target turning angle signal and signals of the left wheel angle sensor and the right wheel angle sensor. According to the technical scheme, the pure rolling steering effect of the system can be guaranteed, and the safety of the system applied to high-speed running vehicles is improved.

    本发明提供了泵控主驱横拉杆辅助阀控的电液转向系统及控制方法,包括变转速泵驱双转向助力缸的主驱动系统、横拉杆辅助阀控系统和电子控制系统;所述变转速泵驱双转向助力缸的主驱动系统为泵控系统,通过伺服电机泵单元和转向助力缸阀组对左、右轮转向助力缸进行控制,并分流出流量对横拉杆辅助阀控系统进行控制;所述横拉杆辅助阀控系统为阀控系统,通过横拉杆缸阀组和锁紧装置对大小腔横拉杆缸进行控制,辅助主驱动系统完成对左右轮转角的控制;所述电子控制系统根据所输入的目标转角信号及左、右轮角度传感器的信号,输出控制指令实时控制左、右车轮转角。应用本技术方案可保障系统纯滚动转向效应、提升其运用于高速行驶车辆时的安全性。
