The invention provides a rotating speed control method and device and an electronic control unit.The method comprises the steps that when a starting instruction is received, a fuel heater is controlled to heat the temperature of cooling liquid in an engine body; when it is determined that the temperature of the cooling liquid reaches the preset temperature, the engine temperature of the engine is obtained; and the target dragging torque for controlling the engine rotating speed is adjusted based on the engine temperature and the rotating speed change preset value. In the embodiment of the invention, the environmental condition of the methanol extended range type whole vehicle is not considered, and after the starting signal is received, the temperature of the cooling liquid is increased in a heating mode of the fuel heater, so that the influence of the environmental temperature on the starting process of the methanol engine is eliminated; dragging the engine by using a first dragging torque matched with the temperature of the engine; by adjusting the first dragging torque, the rotating speed in the starting process of the methanol extended-range type whole vehicle is reasonably controlled, and therefore the problem that the stability of the rotating speed in the starting process of an engine is affected is avoided.

    本发明提供一种转速控制方法、装置及电子控制单元,所述方法包括:在接收到起动指令时,控制燃油加热器加热发动机机体内冷却液的温度;在确定所述冷却液的温度到达预设温度时,获取所述发动机的发动机温度;基于所述发动机温度和转速变化预设值调整控制发动机转速的目标拖动扭矩。在本发明实施例中,不考虑甲醇增程式整车所处环境情况,接收到起动信号后,通过燃油加热器加热的方式提升冷却液的温度,以排除环境温度对甲醇发动机起动过程的影响;利用与发动机温度相匹配的第一拖动扭矩拖动发动机;通过对第一拖动扭矩进行调整,以对甲醇增程式整车起动过程转速进行合理控制,从而避免出现影响发动机起动过程转速稳定性的问题。
