    本发明属于发条储能技术领域,尤其是一种基于发条储能的刹车装置,现提出以下方案,包括圆盘状结构的盒体、芯轴和盒体中心轴,所述盒体内设置有卷绕于芯轴上的涡卷弹簧,所述盒体的两端位置均设置有环状结构的固定架,两个所述固定架之间可拆卸连接有多个水平放置的安装盒,所述安装盒内设置有换热管,所述换热管内有冷却液,所述盒体的圆周外壁开设有多个通孔。本发明使盒体内涡卷弹簧往复卷绕和松散过程中产生的热量,从通孔散出,并通过外围分布的换热管进行快速降温冷却,而避免涡卷弹簧周围热量积结而导致过热,避免影响涡卷弹簧的使用寿命以及长期使用效果。
