The invention provides an automobile seat centrifugal force active compensation control algorithm and a vibration isolation system, and the method comprises the following steps: a compensation angle calculation step: calculating an expected real-time centrifugal force compensation angle when a vehicle suddenly turns through a sensor fusion algorithm based on vehicle chassis speed information, acceleration information and angular velocity information; a track planning step: according to the maximum compensation angle of the centrifugal force, planning a track in the process of rebounding the seat body after the vehicle turns; and PI control: adjusting the angle of the vibration reduction motor according to the real-time centrifugal force compensation angle and the trajectory planning result, so that the vibration reduction motor follows the expected centrifugal force compensation angle in real time. According to the invention, the centrifugal force compensation angle can be calculated, so that a better centrifugal force compensation function can be realized for the seat body through the vibration reduction motor.

    本发明提供了一种汽车座椅离心力主动补偿控制算法及隔振系统,包括如下步骤:补偿角度计算步骤:基于车辆底盘速度信息、加速度信息以及角速度信息,通过传感器融合算法计算车辆急转弯时所期望的实时离心力补偿角度;轨迹规划步骤:根据离心力最大补偿角度,对车辆过弯之后座椅本体回弹的过程中的轨迹进行规划;PI控制步骤:根据实时离心力补偿角度和轨迹规划结果,对减振电机的角度进行调节,使减振电机实时跟上期望的离心力补偿角度。本发明能够计算离心力补偿角度,进而能够通过减振电机对座椅本体实现更佳的离心力补偿功能。
