According to the application, the voltage closed-loop control correction is introduced according to the minimum single battery voltage and the minimum single battery temperature in the power battery, so that the correction of the initial discharge power of the power battery is realized, and the risks of over-high power output and over-discharge of the battery when the single battery voltage value of the power battery is too low are avoided.
