The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charging system and a heating control method thereof. The heating control method comprises the following steps: presetting a first instruction current and a second instruction current output by a vehicle-mounted charger; when the vehicle-mounted charging system is in a heating mode, the output current of the vehicle-mounted charger is controlled to rise to a first instruction current, and the direct current conversion unit and the vehicle-mounted battery are charged respectively; when the output current of the vehicle-mounted charger reaches the first instruction current, controlling the output current of the vehicle-mounted charger to rise to the second instruction current so as to raise the output voltage of the vehicle-mounted charger; and when the output voltage of the vehicle-mounted charger reaches the instruction voltage, supplying power to the heating unit through the vehicle-mounted charger so as to ensure that the vehicle-mounted charging system normally works in a heating mode. Compared with the prior art, the control time sequence for the vehicle-mounted charger to heat the vehicle is provided, it can be effectively guaranteed that the vehicle-mounted charger enters the heating mode, and normal use of the vehicle at the low temperature is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种车载充电系统及其加热控制方法,所述加热控制方法包括:预先设定车载充电机输出的第一指令电流和第二指令电流;在车载充电系统处于加热模式时,控制车载充电机的输出电流上升至第一指令电流,并分别对直流转换单元以及车载电池充电;在车载充电机的输出电流达到第一指令电流时,控制车载充电机的输出电流上升至第二指令电流,以抬升车载充电机的输出电压;在车载充电机的输出电压达到指令电压时,通过车载充电机为加热单元供电,以保证车载充电系统正常工作于加热模式。与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种车载充电机给车辆加热的控制时序,能有效保证车载充电机进入加热模式,保证低温下车辆的正常使用。
