The invention provides a parallel control method and device of battery clusters and a storage medium, the method obtains control operation and parameter information of each battery cluster by responding to a parallel control instruction, and the parameter information comprises a first electric quantity value and a first voltage value of each battery cluster. The magnitude of the circulating current is mainly influenced by the inter-cluster voltage difference of the battery clusters. Therefore, in the charging and discharging stage, the target cluster is selected from the battery clusters according to the to-be-executed control operation and the first electric quantity value of each battery cluster, and then the to-be-processed cluster used for parallel connection is determined according to the first voltage value of the target cluster. Therefore, the selected to-be-processed cluster can generate less circulating current at the cluster merging moment so as to protect components of a power loop in the cluster, and an additional control circuit does not need to be introduced in the process, so that the cost can be effectively reduced.
