In the application, a plurality of electric cabinets at the same station are configured to form a group, and the electric cabinets in the group are supported to complete battery returning operation and battery taking operation respectively, that is to say, as long as an empty bin exists in the group for returning the batteries and the electric quantity of the batteries reaches the replaceable electric quantity, the battery replacement service can be completed; the utilization rate of the chargers of a plurality of electric cabinets at the same station is improved, so that the number of service people is increased, and earnings are improved.
