The invention provides an airport group airport capacity and airspace capacity strategic integrated configuration method, which comprises the following steps: establishing an airport group time optimization configuration model by taking flight time demand, airport published capacity and flight connection information as input; taking the access point capacity of the sector in the airspace as input, and establishing an airspace capacity strategic configuration model; obtaining the arrival rate of each waypoint according to the generated flight timetable, and establishing a waypoint queuing model by taking the service rate, the arrival rate and the expected delay as input; and integrating the time optimization configuration model, the airspace capacity strategy configuration model and the waypoint queuing model to obtain a time capacity integrated configuration model, and solving the model to obtain a configured flight timetable. The utilization efficiency of airport resources and airspace resources of the airport group is improved and flight delay is reduced under the condition that the constraints of flight operation, airport and airspace capacity and the like are met. The congestion condition in the airspace can be more obviously relieved, and the cost of strategic moment distribution is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种机场群机场容量和空域容量战略一体化配置方法,包括:以航班时刻需求、机场公布容量和航班连接信息为输入,建立机场群时刻优化配置模型;将空域内扇区出入点容量作为输入,建立空域容量战略配置模型;由生成的航班时刻表得到各个航路点的到达率,将服务率和到达率和预期延误作为输入,建立航路点排队模型;整合时刻优化配置模型、空域容量战略配置模型和航路点排队模型,得到时刻容量一体化配置模型,并对模型进行求解,得到配置后的航班时刻表。在满足航班运行、机场和空域容量等约束下,提高机场群机场资源和空域资源的利用效率,减小航班延误。可以更显著缓解空域内的拥堵情况,并减少战略时刻分配的成本。
