The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the feature data of a monitoring point in at least one to-be-predicted time period for each monitoring point on an expressway in a target range; for each to-be-predicted time period, performing data processing on the feature data of the monitoring point in the to-be-predicted time period, inputting the processed feature data into a long-time traffic flow prediction model corresponding to the monitoring point, and determining an initial flow prediction result of the monitoring point in the to-be-predicted time period; and inputting the initial flow prediction result of the monitoring point in each to-be-predicted time period into a medium-time traffic flow prediction model corresponding to the target range, and determining a target flow prediction result of the monitoring point in each to-be-predicted time period by using a recursive prediction strategy based on a time sequence. According to the method and the device, the prediction accuracy is improved.
