The invention provides an electric vehicle operation battery swap station energy scheduling intelligent system and method, and the system comprises a charging and discharging motor which is used for charging or discharging a battery pack; the electric meter is used for counting the charging capacity of the charging and discharging machine when the battery pack is charged and the discharging capacity of the charging and discharging machine when the battery pack is discharged; and the energy dispatching management subsystem is used for relieving the power utilization pressure of the power distribution network and realizing reasonable and efficient utilization of power resources in the power distribution network. By optimizing the charging and discharging time and power of the battery pack in the electric vehicle battery swap station, redundant electric quantity can be absorbed in the power utilization low-peak period of the power distribution network, the power utilization burden of the power distribution network can be relieved in the load peak period of the power distribution network, and by means of the system, on one hand, the operation cost of the electric vehicle battery swap station can be reduced; on the other hand, the power utilization pressure of the power distribution network can be effectively relieved, and reasonable and efficient utilization of power resources in the power distribution network is achieved.
