The invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking detection circuit, a detection method and a vehicle. A main control chip comprises a first pin end and a second pin end; the input sub-circuit is respectively connected to a first pin end, a first power supply, a common end and one end of the high-voltage device, and the first sub-circuit is configured to respond to a first pulse signal and control the high-voltage device to be electrically connected or disconnected with the first power supply; the output sub-circuit is connected to the other end of the high-voltage device, the second pin end and the common end, and the output sub-circuit is configured to respond to the first pulse signal and provide a second pulse signal for the second pin end, and the main control chip is configured to determine the state of the high-voltage device according to the comparison result of the duty ratio of the first pulse signal and the duty ratio of the second pulse signal, so as to detect whether the interlocking state of the high-voltage device is normal or not.
