According to the invention, the protective seat is firstly in contact with the ground, the elastic assembly is used for buffering the measuring mark post body, and when the measuring mark post body is in contact with the ground, the locking assembly is started to lock the protective seat, so that the measuring efficiency and the measuring precision of the measuring mark post body during measurement are improved.
