The low-vibration-noise heat exchanger for the ship comprises a cylindrical shell with the hollow interior, a plurality of cylindrical heat exchange pipes with the hollow interior are installed in the shell, a plurality of baffling grids are installed between the outer side walls of the heat exchange pipes and the inner side wall of the shell in a matched mode, and end plates are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the interior of the shell; end covers are symmetrically installed on the two axial end faces outside the shell, a tube pass fluid inlet is formed in one end cover, a tube pass fluid outlet is formed in the other end cover, and the interiors of the end covers and the interior of the shell are isolated through end plates. According to the low-vibration-noise heat exchanger, the baffling grids are arranged, and the spiral protrusions are arranged at the two ends of the heat exchange tube, so that the exciting force of shell pass fluid on the heat exchange tube can be effectively reduced, the vibration and radiation noise of the heat exchange tube are reduced, and the safety, stability and concealment of the low-vibration-noise heat exchanger are improved; and meanwhile, the baffling grids enable the shell pass fluid to be in a longitudinal flow form in the axial direction of the heat exchange tube, so that the generation of a flowing dead zone can be effectively avoided, and the flowing resistance of the shell pass fluid is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种船舶用低振动噪声换热器,包括呈圆柱状且内部中空的外壳,外壳的内部安装有数个呈圆柱状且内部中空的换热管,换热管的外侧壁和外壳的内侧壁之间配合安装有数个折流栅,外壳内部的两端对称安装有端板,外壳外部的两轴向端面对称安装有端盖,一个端盖上设置有管程流体入口,另一个端盖上设置有管程流体出口,端板隔绝端盖的内部与外壳的内部。通过设置折流栅并在换热管的两端设置螺旋状凸起,可以有效降低壳程流体对换热管的激励力,从而降低换热管振动和辐射噪声,提高低振动噪声换热器的安全性、稳定性和隐蔽性;同时,折流栅使得壳程流体呈现沿换热管轴向的纵流形式,可以有效避免流动死区的产生,减小了壳程流体的流动阻力。
