The resonator capable of reducing the vibration amplitude of the automobile seat comprises a base, a mass block, vulcanized rubber blocks and a fastening structure, the vulcanized rubber blocks comprise the left vulcanized rubber block and the right vulcanized rubber block, the vulcanized rubber blocks are clamped to the base, and the mass block is fixed between the left vulcanized rubber block and the right vulcanized rubber block through the fastening structure. The base is fixedly installed on a rigid structure of the automobile seat backrest, and the weight of the mass block is 1/10 of the mass of the rigid structure of the automobile seat backrest. Due to the fact that the inherent frequency of the resonator is consistent with the vibration frequency of the seat, when a vehicle runs joltly, the resonator plays a role in vibration damping, the vibration amplitude of the automobile seat is greatly reduced, the riding comfort of passengers is improved, impact damage to the seat structure is reduced, and the service life of the seat is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种可减小汽车座椅震动幅度的谐振器,包括底座、质量块、硫化橡胶块以及紧固结构,所述硫化橡胶块包括左右两块,所述硫化橡胶块卡接在底座上,所述质量块通过紧固结构固定在左右两块硫化橡胶块之间,所述底座固定安装在汽车座椅靠背刚性结构上,所述质量块的重量为汽车座椅靠背刚性结构质量的1/10。由于该谐振器的固有频率与座椅震动频率一致,在车辆行驶颠簸时,谐振器起到了震动阻尼的作用,大大减小了汽车座椅的震动幅度,提高了乘员的乘坐舒适性,并减小了对座椅结构的冲击损坏,提高了座椅的使用寿命。
