The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an electric water pump arrangement system for an electric vehicle, the vehicle and a control method. The implementation system comprises a first water pump processor, a second water pump processor, a first water pump, a second water pump, a first drive axle circuit, a second drive axle circuit, a third drive axle circuit, a first change-over switch, a second change-over switch and a third change-over switch. The first drive axle circuit, the second drive axle circuit and the third drive axle circuit are independently connected with the first water pump processor and the second water pump processor respectively, and the first drive axle circuit is communicated with the first water pump through the first change-over switch and the third change-over switch; the second drive axle circuit is respectively communicated with the first water pump through a second change-over switch and a third change-over switch; the third drive axle circuit is respectively connected with the first water pump and the second water pump through a third change-over switch; the integrated redundancy design concept is adopted, the control module is of a double-circuit structure, the third drive axle circuit is additionally arranged, the reliability is improved, at least 18 control modes can be achieved, and the problem that redundancy does not exist in the prior art is solved.

    本发明涉及车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种电动汽车用电动水泵布置系统、车辆以及控制方法,实施系统包括第一水泵处理器、第二水泵处理器、第一水泵、第二水泵、第一驱动桥路、第二驱动桥路、第三驱动桥路、第一切换开关、第二切换开关、第三切换开关;第一、第二、第三驱动桥路三者分别独立与第一、第二水泵处理器连接,第一驱动桥路通过第一、第三切换开关分别与第一水泵连通;第二驱动桥路通过第二、第三切换开关分别与第一水泵连通;第三驱动桥路通过第三切换开关分别与第一、第二水泵连接;本发明采用集成冗余设计理念,控制模块采用双路结构并增加第三驱动桥路,提升可靠性,能够实现至少共18种的控制方式,克服现有技术中没有冗余的问题。
