The piling assembly comprises a longitudinal moving cross beam assembly, a transverse moving cross beam assembly and a piling frame. The piling frame is installed on the machine frame through the longitudinal moving cross beam assembly and the transverse moving cross beam assembly. And a drilling piece and a piling piece are arranged on the piling frame. And meanwhile, pavement of shortcuts and trestles and the help of large ship machine equipment are not needed, horizontal transportation, pile feeding, piling, pile splicing and pile cutting of the precast piles can be completed, the cast-in-place condition of an existing bent cap is changed, and the surrounding geographical and ecological environment is protected.
