The invention relates to the field of dock wharf construction devices, and discloses a mounting device and a construction method for a traction track with an inclination angle, the mounting device comprises at least two bearing supports arranged on the same side of the pouring position of a concrete supporting base of the traction track, a mounting plate is arranged at the top of each bearing support, and an inverted L-shaped mounting frame is fixed on each mounting plate; a first angle adjusting mechanism is fixed to the side, close to the concrete supporting base, of the upper surface of the mounting plate, and a second angle adjusting mechanism is hung at the tail end of the mounting frame. According to the device, the construction sequence that the traction track is firstly positioned, then steel bar binding is conducted, and finally concrete pouring is conducted is adopted, the problem that a traditional horizontal traction track installation method cannot be suitable for installation of the traction track with the inclination angle is effectively solved, and the installation speed is high. The traction track and the base can be firmly connected into a whole, and the problem that the traction track deflects or the inclination angle of the track is changed due to the influence of vibration in the subsequent construction and use process is solved.

    本发明涉及船坞码头施工装置领域,公开了一种带倾斜角度牵引轨道的安装装置及施工方法,包括设置于牵引轨道的混凝土支撑基座浇筑位置同一侧的至少两个承重支架,承重支架顶部设有安装板,安装板上固定有倒L形的安装架;安装板上表面靠近混凝土支撑基座一侧固定有第一角度调整机构,安装架末端挂设有第二角度调整机构。本发明装置采用先定位牵引轨道,后进行钢筋绑扎,最后混凝土浇筑的施工顺序,有效解决传统水平牵引轨道的安装方法无法适用于具有倾斜角度的牵引轨道的安装的问题,安装速度快。也能够确保牵引轨道与基座牢固地连接为一个整体,避免后续施工及使用过程中出现的牵引轨道由于震动影响导致的偏斜或轨道倾角变化的问题。
