The invention relates to a special jacking tool for installing a slewing bearing of a crane and a using method of the special jacking tool, and belongs to the technical field of tool clamps. The special jacking tool comprises two wheels connected together through a second rotating shaft, a bottom plate is installed on the second rotating shaft, the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate are each provided with an adjusting nut, a supporting sleeve is arranged on the bottom plate, and a jacking mechanism is arranged in the supporting sleeve; a first rotating shaft is arranged above the jacking mechanism, and an arc-shaped flange is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the first rotating shaft. The gear ring is installed through the jacking tool, manpower and material resources are greatly saved, cost is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced. The using method of the jacking tool comprises the following steps that the jacking tool is assembled, the arc-shaped flange is adjusted, the sizing block is placed, the rotary table is hoisted, the jacking tool is pushed to move to the position below the rotary table, a tire is rotated, the position of the gear ring is adjusted, the gear ring is adjusted to coincide with a connecting hole in the rotary table flange, finally, a connecting bolt is detached, and the gear ring is jacked by a jack. And when the jacking tool is lifted to be in contact with the bottom surface of the turntable flange, the jacking tool is descended and withdrawn.

    本发明涉及一种起重机回转轴承安装专用顶升工装及其使用方法,属于工装夹具技术领域,包括通过转轴二连接在一起的两个车轮,转轴二上安装底板,底板前后端上分别安装有一个调节螺母,底板上设有支撑套,支撑套内设有顶升机构,顶升机构上方设有转轴一,转轴一上端固定设有弧形法兰。通过本发明顶升工装安装齿圈,大大节省了人力、物力,降低了成本,减少了安全隐患的。顶升工装的使用方法包括以下步骤:装配顶升工装,调节弧形法兰,放置垫铁,吊装转台,推动顶升工装移动到转台下方,转动轮胎,调整齿圈位置,调整齿圈与转台法兰上的连接孔相重合,最后,拆下连接螺栓,千斤顶顶升起齿圈,升到与转台法兰底面接触时停止,降下顶升工装并撤出。
