The bottom of the sliding plate is fixedly connected with the hanger; a rotating pipe which can be in threaded transmission fit with the lead screw is rotationally mounted in the sliding plate; an inserting piece is slidably arranged on the sliding plate; a plurality of control assemblies used for controlling the rotating pipe to stop rotating are arranged on the transverse rod in the length direction of the transverse rod. The control assembly comprises an infrared spotlight arranged above the cross rod, a thermistor fixed to the top of the cross rod and located below the infrared spotlight, and an electromagnet fixed to the inner side wall of the sliding way. A magnetic attraction piece capable of being attracted to the electromagnet is fixed to the end, away from the rotating pipe, of the inserting piece. The lifting lug moving device has the effect of automatically moving the lifting lug.
