The invention relates to an intelligent strong-wind-resistant tower crane standard knot and an intelligent operation method.The intelligent strong-wind-resistant tower crane standard knot comprises a standard knot body, a main chord of the standard knot body is of an inner cavity hollow structure, a synthetic jet device is installed at the position, close to the end of the main chord, of each leeside of the main chord, and each synthetic jet device is matched with at least one jet opening; the jet orifice is formed in the windward side of the main chord; wherein the jet orifice is a slit-level opening, and the jet orifice is communicated with an inner cavity of the standard knot body; each synthetic jet device is connected with the intelligent control system through radio transmission equipment; wind speed, wind direction and tower crane vibration displacement data collected by a data collection subsystem in the intelligent control system are input into a threshold judgment subsystem through radio transmission equipment, and an excitation signal output by an intelligent calculation subsystem is transmitted to a piezoelectric film sensor in a synthetic jet device to control fluid to output energy. Intelligent control over wind-induced vibration of the standard knot of the tower crane is achieved.
