According to research, relative to low-altitude wind resources, high-altitude wind resources have the advantages of being high in wind speed, stable in wind direction, large in energy density, long in usable time and the like. High-altitude development is the development direction of wind power generation. An existing wind power tower drum is installed through an ultra-large crane and is large in dead weight, large in size, clumsy in walking, high in installation cost and complex in installation operation. The maximum height of an existing tower drum is 190 meters and is close to the installation limit of a crane. The device comprises a buttress lifting slide way, the buttress lifting slide way is a rack type lifting slide way, a lifting device is installed on the buttress lifting slide way and comprises a lifting column, a rotating device is installed on the lifting column, a lifting device is installed on the rotating device, and a lifting device is installed on the rotating device. The lifting device is provided with a load-bearing locking device, and during working, the load-bearing locking device is fixed to the buttress lifting slide way or an installed object.

    扶壁起重机安装风电塔筒及使用方法,根据研究,相对低空风资源,高空风资源具有风速高、风向稳定、能量密度大、可用时间长等优势。向高空发展是风力发电发展方向。现有风电塔筒采用超大型吊车来安装,自重大、体积大、行走笨拙、安装费用高、安装操作复杂。现有塔筒最大高度190米,已经接近吊车安装极限。本发明包括扶壁升降滑道,所述的扶壁升降滑道为齿条式升降滑道,所述的扶壁升降滑道上安装有升降装置,所述的升降装置包括升降柱,所述的升降柱上安装有转动装置,起重装置安装在所述的转动装置上,所述的升降装置上具有承重锁定装置,工作时,所述的承重锁定装置与所述的扶壁升降滑道或者被安装的物体固定。
