An elevator self-adjusting counterweight system based on counterweight self-operation is composed of a self-propelled wheel type counterweight car set, a counterweight supporting plate, a car load capacity sensor and a counterweight controller. The counterweight supporting plate is divided into two parts, namely a hoistway side counterweight supporting plate and a landing side counterweight supporting plate which are respectively placed on the landing ground and the corresponding car side and are arranged in a row perpendicular to the car door; the hoistway side counterweight supporting plate is connected to one end of the hoisting rope; when the car stops at a certain landing, the hoistway side counterweight supporting plate faces one landing; the landing side counterweight supporting plate is placed on each landing; the self-propelled wheel type balance weight vehicle set is composed of a plurality of self-propelled balance weight vehicles, the self-propelled balance weight vehicles are placed on the balance weight supporting plate in the mode of being perpendicular to the landing door, and each self-propelled balance weight vehicle is composed of a balance weight vehicle body, a communication circuit, a drive control circuit, a drive circuit, a motor, a drive wheel and a power module.

    基于配重自运行的电梯自调节配重系统,由自行式轮式配重车组、配重托板、轿箱载重量传感器和配重控制器组成;配重托板分成两部分,井道侧配重托板和层站侧配重托板,分别放在层站地面和对应的轿箱侧,成一行与轿门垂直排列;井道侧配重托板连在曳引绳的一端,当轿箱在某一层站停留时井道侧配重托板则对着其中一个层站;层站侧配重托板安放在每个层站上;自行式轮式配重车组由多个自行式配重车组成,多个自行式配重车以与层门垂直的方式放置在配重托板上,自行式配重车由配重块车体、通信电路、驱动控制电路、驱动电路、电机、驱动车轮和电源模块组成。
