The invention relates to an external heat flow simulation method for batch thermal tests of low-orbit satellites. The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace. According to the invention, space external heat flow simulation and cold and black environment simulation are completed by using a vacuum test equipment heat sink. According to the method, the resource consumption of a single satellite in the test is reduced, and the method is suitable for batch development of satellites and is suitable for newly developed satellites and batch-produced satellites; the use of an external heat flow simulation device is reduced, the design and manufacturing period and cost of the infrared heating cage can be reduced, and the safety of a thermal test is also improved; in the test process, the temperature of the heat sink is controlled by using gas nitrogen, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, the economical efficiency is good, the heat sink heating and cooling speed is high, and the test duration of heat balance and thermal vacuum can be obviously shortened; the test method is high in transportability and can be suitable for external heat flow simulation of common low-orbit satellites such as a sun-synchronous orbit and a low-inclination-angle orbit.
