The invention provides an integrated fiber composite attitude control cabin. The integrated fiber composite attitude control cabin comprises an attitude control cabin main body and a partition plate, the attitude control cabin main body is integrally formed by adopting a fiber composite material and comprises an upper flange, a lower flange, an upper conical section, a lower conical section, a central cylinder and a web plate; the central cylinder is positioned between the upper flange and the lower flange to form a dumbbell-shaped structure; the upper conical section and the lower conical section are both of a conical funnel structure; the large opening of the upper conical section is connected with the orifice of the upper flange; the small opening of the upper conical section is connected with the top end of the central cylinder; a large opening of the lower conical section is connected with an orifice of the lower flange, and a small opening of the lower conical section is connected with the bottom end of the central cylinder; the webs are circumferentially distributed on the outer side of the center cylinder around the axis of the center cylinder, the tops of the webs are connected with the upper flange, the bottoms of the webs are connected with the lower flange, and the inner side edges of the webs are connected with the upper conical section, the center cylinder and the lower conical section. And the partition plate is arranged between the paired webs. The metal attitude control cabin overcomes the defects that the economical efficiency is reduced and the attitude adjusting difficulty is increased due to the fact that an existing metal attitude control cabin is heavy.

    本发明提供了一种一体化纤维复合材料姿控舱,包括:姿控舱主体和隔板;姿控舱主体采用纤维复合材料一体成型,其包括:上法兰、下法兰、上锥段、下锥段、中心筒和腹板。中心筒位于上法兰和下法兰之间从而构成哑铃状结构;上锥段和下锥段两者均呈锥状漏斗结构;上锥段的大口与上法兰的孔口相连,上锥段的小口与中心筒顶端相连;下锥段的大口与下法兰的孔口相连,下锥段的小口与中心筒底端相连;腹板具有多个并围绕中心筒轴心圆周分布在中心筒外侧,腹板顶部与上法兰连接,腹板底部与下法兰连接,腹板内侧边与上锥段、中心筒和下锥段均形成连接。隔板设置在成对的腹板之间。其克服了现有金属姿控舱因重量大而造成经济性下降、调姿难度加大的缺陷。
