The invention discloses a wing thermal-mechanical coupling deicing device and method. The wing thermal-mechanical coupling deicing device comprises an eddy current heater and a striking force generator. The striking force generator is arranged in the wing, and the eddy current heater comprises a heating metal layer arranged on the skin and an eddy current generating circuit used for being in non-contact connection with the heating metal layer; the eddy current generating circuit is arranged in the skin and can directly act on the heating metal layer; according to the scheme, the periodic accumulated ice on the front edge of the wing is removed through the combined action of the eddy current heater and the pulse force exciter, and in the wing icing allowable envelope range, the further growth of the accumulated ice is avoided, and the safe flight limit of an aircraft is maintained. Compared with a traditional electric heating anti-icing and deicing system, a long-time electrified hot knife electric heating area is omitted, the heating efficiency of an intermittent heating area is improved, the striking force generator is additionally arranged, and due to the fact that the energy consumed by the striking force generator is far smaller than that of a hot knife, the electric power consumption needed by periodic deicing is reduced.
