The invention relates to an aircraft cockpit member physiological safety monitoring prevention system and method. The system comprises a cabin temperature sensor; a cabin carbon dioxide concentration sensor; the emergency ventilation pipeline is used for conveying ram air into the cabin area; the emergency ram air damper actuator is used for opening or closing ram air; the controller is used for controlling the emergency ram air damper actuator to open or close ram air according to the temperature of the cabin area and the carbon dioxide concentration of the cabin area; wherein when the temperature of the cabin area is as low as a cabin temperature threshold value, the controller controls to close ram air; when the carbon dioxide concentration in the cabin area reaches a carbon dioxide concentration threshold value, the controller controls the ram air to be opened for a period of time, and then the ram air is closed. The system and the method have the following beneficial technical effects that fresh air can be supplied to the cockpit within the maximum limited range, physiological injuries to flight crew and passengers cannot be caused, and the operation burden of pilots is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及飞机座舱成员生理安全监测预防系统和方法。该系统包括:座舱温度传感器;座舱二氧化碳浓度传感器;应急通风管路,用于输送冲压空气进入座舱区域;应急冲压空气风门作动器,用于开启或关闭冲压空气;以及控制器,用于根据座舱区域温度、座舱区域二氧化碳浓度,控制应急冲压空气风门作动器开启或关闭冲压空气;其中,当座舱区域温度低至座舱温度阈值时,控制器控制关闭冲压空气;当座舱区域二氧化碳浓度高至二氧化碳浓度阈值时,控制器控制开启冲压空气一段时间,然后关闭冲压空气。本发明的系统和方法能起到以下有益技术效果:能保证座舱在最大限定范围内供应新鲜空气且不会造成机组人员及乘客的生理伤害,并有效减少飞行员操作负担。
