The rapid centering mechanism comprises a channel steel-shaped mechanism body, the mechanism body comprises a cross beam and supporting legs fixedly connected to the two ends of the cross beam, the supporting legs are located below the cross beam, and an identification layer used for identifying the center position of the cross beam is arranged in the middle position of the cross beam. The invention further discloses a manufacturing process of the rapid centering mechanism for bearing the segmented modules, and the manufacturing process comprises the following manufacturing steps that the four plates of the cross beam are welded into a rectangular ring shape, and a reversible deformation welding mechanism is adopted for clamping and abutting against the cross beam during welding; the supporting legs are welded to the lower portion of the cross beam; and the cross beam is coated with paint to form an identification layer. Through the arrangement of the anti-deformation mechanism, welding deformation of long-size plate welding can be effectively avoided. The center line is marked at the center and matched with the center line of a corresponding tool, and rapid alignment of the center line can be achieved. The tool is used in cooperation with a corresponding tool conveniently and rapidly, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于承载分段模块的可快速对中机构,包括呈槽钢状的机构主体,机构主体包括横梁及固定连接在横梁两端的支撑腿,支撑腿位于横梁的下方,横梁的中部位置设置用于标识横梁中心位置的标识层。本发明还公开了用于承载分段模块的可快速对中机构的制作工艺,包括如下制作步骤:将横梁的四块板进行焊接而成矩形环状,焊接时采用反变形焊接机构夹紧抵靠横梁;将支撑腿焊接到横梁下方;在横梁上涂覆油漆形成标识层。本发明通过反变形机构的设置,能有效避免长尺寸板材焊接的焊接变形。本发明中心处标记中心线,配合相应工装的中心线,可实现中线现快速对齐。与相应工装配合使用,方便快捷,减少安全隐患。
