The invention provides a mounting method of a vibration isolation structure of a ship generator set and the vibration isolation structure of the ship generator set. The installation method comprises the steps that S1, the lower-layer vibration isolator and the cabin raft are installed at the preset position of the ship body structure; S2, the upper-layer vibration isolator is installed between the cabin raft and the generator set. And S3, centering adjustment is conducted on the generator set, and an auxiliary machine and a pipeline are installed. The vibration isolation structure comprises a cabin raft, a layer vibration isolator and a lower layer vibration isolator. The combined mode of double-layer vibration isolation and cabin raft vibration isolation is adopted, shock excitation in multiple directions in the generator set is efficiently and rapidly reduced, the internal space of a cabin is fully utilized, and the vibration isolation structure combining double-layer vibration isolation and cabin raft vibration isolation better adapts to the characteristics of the interior of a cabin. The vibration isolation structure is easy to install, the installation process of the ship generator set is simplified while vibration isolation is conducted on the generator set in the ship, the using process is safe and reliable, and the ship building efficiency is improved.

    本申请提供一种船舶发电机组隔振结构的安装方法及船舶发电机组的隔振结构。所述安装方法包括:S1、在船体结构的预定位置处安装下层隔振器和舱筏:S2、在舱筏与发电机组之间安装上层隔振器。S3、将发电机组进行对中调节并安装辅机和管路。所述隔振结构包括舱筏、层隔振器和下层隔振器。本申请采用双层隔振结合舱筏隔振的组合方式,实现对发电机组中多个方向的激振进行高效快速地减小,且充分利用了机舱内部空间,使双层隔振结合舱筏隔振的结合的隔振结构更加适应船舱内部的特点。本申请中的隔振结构安装简单,在对船舶内发电机组进行隔振的同时,简化了船舶发电机组的安装流程,使用过程安全可靠,提高了船舶建造效率。
