The invention discloses a floating type offshore power transmission device which comprises a power transmission tower structure and a floating supporting structure arranged below the power transmission tower structure. The floating supporting structure comprises a mooring positioning assembly and at least one stand column arranged below the power transmission tower structure. Each stand column comprises a buoyancy tank and a ballast tank arranged below the buoyancy tank. One end of the mooring positioning assembly is connected with the stand column, and the other end of the mooring positioning assembly is arranged on the seabed. A gas containing cavity is formed in the buoyancy compartment, and a liquid containing cavity is formed in the ballast compartment. And the power transmission tower structure is arranged above the sea surface under the floating force of the buoyancy cabin. The at least one stand column is arranged below the power transmission tower structure, the stand column comprises the buoyancy cabin with the gas containing cavity, gas exists in the buoyancy cabin to generate buoyancy balanced with the gravity of the whole device, it is ensured that the floating supporting structure can float on the sea surface, and the risk that the floating supporting structure makes contact with the seabed due to the fact that the sea level descends is reduced; and meanwhile, the power transmission tower structure can be always located above the sea surface under the floating force of the buoyancy cabin.
本发明公开一种漂浮式海上输电装置,包括输电塔结构以及设于输电塔结构下方的漂浮支撑结构;漂浮支撑结构包括系泊定位组件和设于输电塔结构下方的至少一个立柱;立柱包括浮力舱和设于浮力舱下方的压载舱;系泊定位组件的一端与立柱连接,系泊定位组件的另一端设于海底;浮力舱内具有气体容置腔,压载舱内具有液体容置腔;输电塔结构受浮力舱的浮举力而设于海面上方。本发明通过输电塔结构下方设置至少一个立柱,且立柱包括具有气体容置腔的浮力舱,浮力舱内存在气体以产生与整体装置重力相平衡的浮力,确保漂浮支撑结构能够在海面上漂浮,降低了因海平面下降而接触海床的风险,同时能够确保输电塔结构受浮力舱的浮举力而始终处于海面上方。
