The invention discloses a warship bulkhead deformation protection device and a design method thereof.The design method comprises the steps that a protection device simulation model is built, and the protection device comprises two identical fixed bases fixed to a top deck and a bottom deck of a bulkhead and comprising an inner arc-shaped base and an outer arc-shaped base which are symmetrically connected; the middle arc-shaped plate is connected with the two fixed bases respectively, the arc-shaped section of the middle arc-shaped plate is tangent to the cabin wall, and the thickness of the middle arc-shaped plate at the two ends of the arc-shaped section is smaller than that of the middle arc-shaped plate in the arc-shaped section. The ship bulkhead deformation protection device has the bulkhead boundary deformation coordination capability and can effectively absorb impact energy generated by implosion.
