The invention discloses a tamping wagon horizontal monitoring and track lifting automatic compensation device and system. The device comprises a signal acquisition unit, a data calculation and control unit and a display alarm unit. The signal acquisition unit acquires numerical values from front, middle and rear electronic pendulums, left and right leveling sensors and measuring wheels of an electrical control system of the tamping wagon. And the data calculation and control unit performs calculation and comparison according to the numerical values acquired by the signal acquisition unit, judges whether the line level exceeds a limit value or not, and outputs a control signal to an electrical control system of the tamping wagon according to a calculation result, and the electrical control system of the tamping wagon controls logic to execute track lifting operation and a walking forbidding function after alarming. And the display alarm unit displays and sends alarm information according to the control signal output by the data calculation and control unit. The method can solve the technical problems that an existing detection mode does not achieve comprehensive abnormity analysis and control of the line horizontal condition, walking operation cannot be forbidden when horizontal abnormity is detected, and automatic compensation of track lifting of the tamping wagon cannot be achieved.

    本申请公开了一种捣固车水平监测和起道自动补偿装置及系统,装置包括:信号采集单元、数据计算和控制单元及显示报警单元。信号采集单元获取来自捣固车电气控制系统的前中后电子摆、左右抄平传感器及测量轮的数值。数据计算和控制单元根据信号采集单元获取的数值进行计算和比较,判断线路水平是否超出限定值,并根据计算结果向捣固车电气控制系统输出控制信号,由捣固车电气控制系统控制逻辑执行起道作业及报警后的禁止走行功能。显示报警单元根据数据计算和控制单元输出的控制信号显示并发出报警信息。本申请能解决现有检测方式未实现线路水平状况的全面异常分析和控制,检测到水平异常时无法禁止走行作业,也无法实现捣固车起道自动补偿的技术问题。
