The invention discloses a railway line longitudinal section optimization device and a tamping wagon, and the device comprises a data acquisition module which is used for acquiring the mileage of a measurement point on a railway line longitudinal section at a certain interval and an elevation value corresponding to the mileage; the slope change point searching module is used for iteratively searching the maximum vector distance through a dichotomy according to the mileage of the measuring point and the elevation value corresponding to the mileage so as to determine a slope change point; the judging module is used for judging whether the maximum vector distance is smaller than the maximum track lifting amount or not, or whether the length of a slope section adjacent to the slope change point is smaller than the minimum slope section length or not, if not, the slope change point continues to be searched and determined, and if yes, the measured elevation value at the slope change point and the geometric parameters of the adjacent slope section are output; and the elevation calculation module is used for calculating the elevation value at the grade change point according to the measured elevation value at the grade change point, the geometric parameters of the adjacent slope sections and the minimum track lifting amount. The technical problems that an existing longitudinal section optimization method is low in precision, a large amount of manual intervention is needed, and the efficient measurement requirement cannot be met can be solved.
本申请公开了一种铁路线路纵断面优化装置及捣固车,装置包括:数据获取模块,间隔一定距离获取铁路线路纵断面上测量点的里程,及该里程处对应的标高值;变坡点搜索模块,根据测量点的里程,及该里程处对应的标高值,通过二分法迭代寻找最大矢距以确定变坡点;判断模块,判断最大矢距是否小于最大起道量,或变坡点邻近的坡段长度是否小于最小坡段长度,如果否则继续寻找并确定变坡点,如果是则输出变坡点处的测量标高值及相邻坡段的几何参数;高程计算模块,根据变坡点处的测量标高值、相邻坡段的几何参数及最小起道量计算变坡点处的高程值。本申请能解决现有纵断面优化方法精度低,且需大量的人工干预,无法满足高效测量需求的技术问题。
