The vehicle-mounted parking control device comprises a signal receiving module, a signal judging module and a signal executing module. The signal receiving module is connected with a ground parking triggering device; the signal judgment module is respectively connected with the signal receiving module and the signal execution module; the signal receiving module is used for receiving a parking signal sent by a ground parking triggering device; the signal judgment module is used for judging the type of the parking signal; the signal judgment module is further used for judging the current train running speed and the speed threshold value; and the signal execution module is used for executing corresponding parking operation according to the judgment result. The system can avoid the negative effect that the train rushes out of the tail end of the line, and therefore the overall safety and stability of the train in the running process are effectively improved.
