The invention discloses a passenger service system and a motor train unit, and relates to the technical field of railway traffic services, and the passenger service system comprises carriage switches arranged in each carriage of the motor train unit, terminal equipment connected to each carriage switch, and at least two controllers. The compartment switches are connected in sequence so that data transmission can be carried out between the controllers, cooperation of the controllers is achieved, and therefore the number of the controllers is reduced. The controllers can control the terminal devices through the compartment switch according to the preset distribution rule, and each controller can control the multiple terminal devices through the compartment switch, so that the number of the controllers is further reduced, and the occupied space is reduced. Moreover, when the controller detects that there is a fault controller through the compartment switch, the controller takes over the control task of the fault controller according to the preset disaster recovery rule, and the disaster recovery capability of the passenger service system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种旅客服务系统及动车组,涉及铁路交通服务技术领域,包括设置于动车组的各个车厢内的车厢交换机、连接在各个车厢交换机上的终端设备以及数量不小于2的控制器。各个车厢交换机依次连接以便各个控制器之间能够进行数据传输,实现各个控制器的协同合作,从而减少控制器的数量。控制器能够按照预设分配规则通过车厢交换机控制终端设备,每个控制器可通过车厢交换机控制多个终端设备从而进一步减少控制器的数量,减小占用的空间。并且,当控制器通过车厢交换机检测到存在故障控制器时按照预设灾备规则接管故障控制器负责的控制任务,能够提高旅客服务系统的灾备能力。
