The invention discloses a clamp type inside rear-view mirror structure and an installation method, the clamp type inside rear-view mirror structure comprises a bearing assembly, the bearing assembly comprises an installation seat, a ball head rod and a rear cover, the installation seat is fixedly connected with the ball head rod, and one end of the ball head rod extends into the rear cover of a rear-view mirror; the adjusting assembly comprises a clamping hoop, a base plate and a driving lever, the base plate is fixedly connected with the rear cover, the clamping hoop is installed on the base plate, and the driving lever is fixedly connected with the base plate. A lever clamp type structure is adopted, spring clamp combination is achieved under lever adjusting torque, and the wrapping force of a base plate groove and a ball head keeps stable adjusting torque. The adjusting shifting rod is used for transmitting force to the ball head rod through spring force, and the wrapping force of the groove of the base plate and the ball head rod cannot be changed due to the influence of the adjusting torque; through the spring clamp, the problem that the interference wrapping force between the groove of the base plate of the inside rear-view mirror and the ball head rod is reduced or the shifting rod is adjusted to generate linkage due to temperature change is solved.

    本发明公开了一种卡箍式内后视镜结构及安装方法,包括承载组件,包括安装座、球头杆和后盖,所述安装座与球头杆固定连接,所述球头杆的一端伸入后视镜后盖内部;以及调节组件,包括卡箍、基板和拨杆,所述基板与后盖固定连接,所述卡箍安装在基板上,所述拨杆与基板固定连接。采用杠杆卡箍式结构,在杠杆调节力矩下通过弹簧卡箍结合,基板凹槽与球头的包紧力保持稳定调节力矩;利用调节拨杆通过弹簧力传动到球头杆上,不会因为调节力矩的影响而使基板凹槽和球头杆的包紧力产生变化;通过弹簧卡箍,解决了温度变化而使内后视镜基板凹槽与球头杆的过盈包紧力变小或调节拨杆产生联动。
